Recenzja teledysku "See No More" - Hollywood

Na stronie Hollywood pojawiła się recenzja teledysku do piosenki "See No More" Joe Jonasa. Tłumaczenie poniżej:

Okazuje się, że niektórzy chłopcy naprawdę dorastają. Joe Jonas - wraz z premierą swojego teledysku do solowej piosenki See No More - z chłopca, którego znamy z boy bandu, staje się łobuzem. Nie jestem wielką fanką Jonas Brothers (dorastałam w czasach świetności NSYNC i BSB), więc podchodziłam do tego teledysku z myślą, że będzie to po prostu kolejna wersja jego śpiewu z braćmi. Byłam pozytywnie zaskoczona. W porządku, nie mogę powiedzieć, że byłam zachwycony, ale jest to coś dużo lepszego niż wspólne piosenki, które produkowali przez lata. Przyznaję, jeśli byłabym dziewięcioletnią dziewczynką, wskoczyłabym do tego pociągu z Braćmi i nigdy bym się nie odwróciła, ale jako dwudziestoczteroletnia kobieta mogę znieść tę obsesję nastolatek.

Teledysk wyraźnie pokazuje Joe jako dojrzalszą wersję samego siebie. Piosenkarz dorasta (nie narzekam z tego powodu) i przeżył nieunikalne w życiu złamane serce. Teledysk opiera się na płonącym domu, co Joe wyjaśnia słowami, "Miałem pomysł, by użyć domu jako metafory przedstawiającej mnie uwięzionego we własnej głowie, ponieważ ta piosenka wyraźnie jest o zakończonym związku.
